Chicago 81

Greetings Dead Freaks!

I’m keeping it simple this week, as we slide into March, with a look back 40 years to the last few days of February, 1981. Chicago’s Uptown Theater hosted it’s final run of Grateful Dead shows on 2/26-28/1981 and great things went down each night. I get into some of the highlights and then let the tunes do the talking with an extended mix of music from the run. Here’s hoping the tunes keep you warm.
